The Gym provides budget gym memberships in the centre of Chelmsford. There are no contracts and monthly fees are the lowest in town.

They keep costs down by running with minimal staff, however, gym staff or personal trainers are on hand to answer any queries and help you with equipment during manned hours (8am-8pm Mon- Fri, 10am-5pm Sat-Sun). During unmanned hours there is an emergency button should somebody require emergency assistance.
